Manila – A City Wedding Theme

There are a lot of themes to choose from if you are planning to get married in Manila. Manila Wedding Venues offer a lot of possibilities in choosing your wedding theme. There are wedding venues in Manila that offer a garden theme, a hotel wedding theme, traditional Filipino theme, and many more.

Some things that you have to consider when choosing your theme are the following:

1. Wedding Location - There are many wedding locations in Manila. Let’s say you are planning to conduct your wedding reception in One Esplanade or Bayview Park Hotel, a traditional Filipino theme would not fit ; since these are luxurious venues.

2. The Guests – What are your guests planning to wear? This has to be put into consideration too. Not everyone can afford to rent or buy new suits and dresses.

3. The Wedding Food – Definitely, serving Filipino food in a old-western theme would quite not fit.

The wedding theme plays an important part in the wedding. So, it must be well planned and talked about by the couple.

Metro Manila: The Wedding Capital of the Philippines

We can really say that Metro Manila is the wedding capital of the Philippines. With its large population, many choices of wedding venues, and Metro Manila being the capital of the country as well.

Metro Manila hosts different venues for different wedding themes; church weddings, outdoor weddings, indoor reception weddings, and many more. There are a lot of choices for wedding venues that caters to everyone.

Also, according to the NSO, the number of weddings held in the Metro once a week is even greater than the total number of Batangas Weddings in a month.

If you are a professional working in Manila and you can’t afford to go back to the province, then I suggest that you try a Manila Wedding for things to be easier to plan.

Wedding Themes

For a perfect wedding, we must find a perfect place and choose the right theme for it. Of course, the theme should be agreed upon by both the bride and the groom. Here are some great theme ideas that I know:
1.Church Wedding- Of course, churchs weddings are the most common type. If you are looking for a spiritual wedding, this is the place to be. Also, churches are the cheapest wedding venues so you can spend more on the reception and food.

2.Beach Wedding-A beach wedding is held obviously, on a beach. It is a very romantic venue because it provides a great scenery of the water, the relaxing sound of the splashing waves, and people are more comfortable here than on a church. If you’re getting married on a beach, it would be more practical if you would spend your honeymoon there as well.

3.Reception Wedding-A reception wedding is also cheap because you can get married right at your reception. You don’t have to pay for another venue and you can avoid waiting for hours and hours travelling from the church to the reception. A reception wedding could be in a garden, a restaurant, a clubhouse, or any other romantic place.

In choosing the right place, we must put our budget, our time, our guests, and of course, our preference for the wedding.
